  • Minimum buy : €2,000 (net) Purchase per full case.
  • Shipping time 2–3 weeks

  • Invoice sent after 1-3 days of placing your order.

PAB orders

  • Orders for PAB boxes (Pick a brick)
  • Prices exclude VAT. 
  • Minimum buy : €500(pab1)/€8000(pab2) (net) Purchase per full case.
  • Shipping times: 1-2 weeks
  • Exclude Shipping cost.
  • Full payment required before shipping via IBAN/bank transfer in EUR.
  • Invoice sent after 1-3 days of placing your order.

B2B orders via email:

  • By placing an order through the completion and submission of the order form via email, you as a business (the client) enter into a binding agreement with Merijn De Smet Comm V / Fyrebrick.
  • By sending the completed order form, you agree to our general terms and conditions and commit to making payment for the ordered goods or services, in accordance with the agreed prices and payment terms.
  • Orders submitted via email are legally binding and cannot be revoked, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Merijn De Smet Comm V / Fyrebrick.

EU VAT deduction:

  • Requires valid VAT ID, company info, and company address.

Legal framework:

  • By placing an order, each customer agrees without reservation to the above terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale are exclusively governed by Belgian law. To the extent that applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Participant is located conflicts with the term of this Agreement, we will comply with the requirements of applicable law.
